In the preface of the book, Güneşin Aydemir says;
“Briefly, it is safe to say: While thinking that we’re cleaning, we actually pollute. With our actions out of the fear of getting sick, we form a basis for sickness, killing the beings that enable us to keep healthy. So, is there a solution?
First of all, we need to start with changing the way we think. We need to alter our perception of dirtiness and cleanliness. Let things not be all shiny and white. Don’t give up to the misleading cleanliness of chemicals. Let your thoughts have pointy ends, like in nature.”
