45 people attended this event and discussed a variety of issues around intensive animal farming. The conditions in industrial animal farms, animal cruelty, philosophical theories, vegetarian and vegan diet, the relationship between animal husbandry and the environment, the limitations on the possibility of activism, and opportunities that may bare fruit in regards to environmental politics and activism were among subjects discussed.
